Betting & Game Rules
Last updated: June 2026 · Jackpot City Philippines
These Betting & Game Rules set out how wagers are placed, settled and, where necessary, voided at Jackpot City. They apply alongside our Terms & Conditions. Jackpot City is a casino-first brand; specific game rules are also shown in each game's info screen.
1. General Principles
2. Slots & RNG Fairness
Slot outcomes are determined by an independently tested RNG. The Return to Player (RTP) shown in each game's info panel is a long-term theoretical average, not a guarantee for any session. Progressive-jackpot slots such as Mega Moolah and WowPot typically have a lower base RTP because a portion of each stake feeds the jackpot pool.
3. Blackjack
Standard rules apply: blackjack pays 3:2, insurance pays 2:1, dealer stands on 17 (variant-dependent). Each table's specific rules — splitting, doubling and surrender — are shown at the table.
4. Roulette
European single-zero roulette is standard. Straight-up pays 35:1, with all other payouts per the standard table. Some live tables offer additional features such as Lightning multipliers, detailed in the game rules.
5. Live Casino & Game Shows
Live games (roulette, blackjack, Crazy Time, Family Feud Live and others) are streamed in real time. If your connection drops mid-round, the round still settles based on the official result; check your history for the outcome.
6. Malfunctions & Void Bets
"Malfunction voids all pays and plays." If a hardware, software or connectivity fault affects a game, the relevant bets and any associated winnings are void, and stakes are returned. Obvious pricing or display errors may also be corrected.
7. Jackpots & Crash Games
Progressive jackpots are won at random or via in-game triggers and are paid from the shared network pool. Crash-style games (e.g. Aviator) settle at the multiplier active when you cash out; failing to cash out before the round ends results in a lost stake.
8. Bonus Play
Wagering, max-bet and game-contribution rules for bonus funds are set out in our bonus terms. Breaching them (for example exceeding the max bet) may void the bonus and related winnings.
9. Disputes
If you believe a result is incorrect, contact support with the game round ID. Server logs are the definitive record. Play within your limits — see Responsible Gaming.
