Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you and Jackpot City. By registering or playing, you accept them in full. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, bonus terms and Betting Rules.

1. Eligibility

✓You must be at least 18 (21+ under PAGCOR-domestic rules) and of legal age in your jurisdiction

✓You must access the service only where it is lawful to do so

✓You are responsible for any taxes due on winnings under local law

✓Employees and related parties of the operator may be excluded

2. Your Account

One account per person. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and not allow anyone else to use your account. We may suspend accounts with duplicate or false details.

3. KYC & AML

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal. We may request documents at any time to meet anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawals may be paused until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

✓Deposits are credited once confirmed; minimums apply per method (from ₱200)

✓Withdrawals are paid to a verified method in your name

✓We may apply withdrawal limits and processing times by method

✓We reserve the right to decline transactions that breach these terms or the law

5. Bonuses

All bonuses are subject to the wagering, max-bet, time-limit and game-contribution rules in our bonus terms. Bonus abuse — including multiple accounts, collusion or irregular play patterns — may result in forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

✓No fraud, collusion, cheating or use of automated betting software

✓No multiple accounts or sharing of accounts

✓No use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods

✓We may close accounts and void winnings obtained through prohibited conduct

7. Game Rules & Malfunctions

Game-specific rules are in each game and in our Betting Rules. Malfunctions void all related pays and plays.

8. Responsible Gaming

We provide deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. See Responsible Gaming. We may intervene where we see signs of harm.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, for interruptions beyond our control, or for losses arising from your breach of these terms.

10. Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for an extended period may be classed as dormant and subject to an administration fee, as permitted by applicable rules.

11. Changes & Termination

We may amend these terms; material changes will be notified and the current version posted here. You may close your account at any time after settling any pending transactions.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's licence. Disputes should first be raised with support; unresolved matters may be escalated to the relevant licensing body. Offshore notice: Jackpot City is not PAGCOR-domestic, so PAGCOR's domestic dispute mechanisms do not apply to PH players.
